From competitive swimmers to casual pool goers everybody has the same motivation problem – how to make regular swimming more exciting? What to do to stay motivated during hours in the pool? We’ve prepared a short list of simple things you can do to always have something interesting to do in while swimming.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>The greatest motivation for every active person is progress they’ve made since they started their training. In order to be able to compare the results you should build a swimming plan that will include every session! Start with long-term goals and go all the way down to every session. This way you’ll always know what you’re doing during next time and also you’ll be able to write down the times and distance for each swimming workout. To make it more efficient you can also use a sport tracker or training watch for swimmers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>There’s a lot of super fun props you can use while training. What is best about them is thet they make the process of reaching your immediate goals with a smile. Simple floats that help you strengthen your legs and improve kicks and their opposite – „pool buoy” that you put between your legs to swim using only your arms. For those who would like to turn swimming session into a strength exercise weights for wrists and ankles seem to be a perfect solution and also makes you feel light as feather when you take them off!<\/span>

\n<\/span>Small goals are the best way to get this near real time satisfaction as you are making progress during the training session. It gives you a boost of endorphin and adrenaline as you complete them but also will help you to build your workouts plan long term.
