1. Rhythmic Breathing

The main problem with beginner swimmers is that they hold they breathe while their face is in the water, and after that, they try to exhale and inhale very quickly. 2. Face in water

Keeping your face in the water is very important and the basic step to learn swimming. Why is it so important? Because when you swim with your head up or your face out of the water then your legs and hips will invariably drop.

4. Remember about exhalation, not inhalation!
